Pixie Floral is locally owned and operated in San Jose, California.  The business was born as a result of a passion for flower design and to fulfill the needs of brides and event planners who are on a small budget.   We are a home based studio which means we have low overhead, and can pass the savings on to you.  We understand that sometimes a bride or event planner wants to have beautiful flowers at their event without having to invest too much time or money in the process.  

Annie started her business five years ago after studying wedding floral design at the Floral Design Institute in Seattle, WA.  She also received her certification at the San Francisco School of Flower Design.  She has since arranged flowers for many weddings, corporate events, anniversary parties, wedding and baby showers, and many other parties.  She is very easy going and easy to work with, call her today to discuss your plans!

Why the name Pixie Floral?  Well, the owner, Annie McKiernan loves fairies and thought it would be perfect to associate the term "pixie" which is another word for fairy with the business name.  Also, since "pixie" is a term used to define tiny, it is a great way to describe what type of pricing we offer.  Finally, Annie's dog is named "Pixie" and she is so darned cute, how could she resist naming her business after her?
